8月23日10時(shí)許，張某駕駛輕型廂式貨車(chē)途經(jīng)誠(chéng)信大道與武溪街交叉口時(shí)，直接右轉(zhuǎn)與直行電動(dòng)車(chē)發(fā)生碰撞。碰撞后，電動(dòng)車(chē)駕駛?cè)祟^部被卡再貨車(chē)車(chē)底，連人帶車(chē)被拖行數(shù)米，所幸戴了安全頭盔，除皮外傷外，并無(wú)大礙。
